During the time at the farm sharing with the farmers you’ll be witness of all the process to transform cacao into chocolate, picking, peeling, fermenting, drying, roasting, grinding, molding and tasting different products like, hot chocolate, cacao nibs, chocolate bars and cacao paste, also you can buy artisanal chocolate products to take home with you and the best thing, is that it’s made by yourself.
