We understand that plans can change.  You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the experience start time to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will be full refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
• All cut-off times are based on local time at the tour location.

*Please note: Refunds will be issued minus any transaction fees charged by the payment processing company.
